The wedding will be at the Calgary Zoo! The ceremony will be located in the Dorothy Harvie Gardens and the reception will be in the Enmax Conservatory. The address for the zoo is: 210 St. George's Drive NE, Calgary AB.

The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, with weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors / some outdoor areas!

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited space and seating. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a great night with family and friends!

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we are just keeping the guest list to those who are closest to us and what our venue capacity will allow. The name of every guest invited to attend will be clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

The dress code is cocktail attire but elegance encouraged! There is no color pallet to follow, so please wear any color, except white (as this is reserved strictly for the bride)

We kindly ask to have your RSVP in no later than June 29th. Any late RSVP's will not be accommodated, so please respond promptly! If you have any further questions, please reach out directly to Kristen or Sam.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift. If you would like to give something more, we would be incredibly grateful for a monetary contribution towards our dream of starting a family.

The venue has an extremely strict smoking / vaping policy, where there is zero tolerance on zoo property. However, there is a spot outside the back gates of the zoo to smoke or vape. If any of our guests are caught doing this on zoo property, we will be stuck with a hefty charge. We expect all our guests to respect this policy!

You can park at the main zoo entrance (NORTH Entrance). There is a parking fee of $14, however you are able to leave your vehicle overnight, as the parking pass is valid for 24 hours. Ubers / taxis can also drop you off at the SOUTH parking lot but you cannot park your vehicle in this lot, drop off only. Please arrange for a safe way to get home if you are planning on drinking!

When you arrive at the zoo (NORTH entrance) you will need to walk into the gates of the zoo as if you are going in as normal. You do not need to pay for admission to the zoo, as you are there for a paid private event. You will say you are here for the "Beierle Willicome wedding" and they will advise you where to go. Please note, it is about a 10 minute walk to get to the Dorothy Harvie Gardens from the main entrance. If you are being dropped off at the SOUTH entrance, the Dorothy Harvie Gardens are directly through those gates. The zoo staff are there to help with any questions on directions, so please ask!

There will be time period between the cocktail hour and reception where guests will be able to freely walk around the zoo and look at the animals. We will provide more information at the ceremony!
